The team:

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 212 HP/168 Def/130 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Hypnosis
- Charge Beam
- Grass Knot

The EV spread is geared more towards taking physical hits. I used the DefenseEffortValues applet by X-Act on Smogon to calculate the spread.

Charge Beam 2HKOs Gyarados if it gets the Special Attack boost. HP Electric 2HKOs Gyarados all the time, but sometimes, I end up taking out 2 or 3 of the opponent's Pokemon with a +5 or +6 Bronzong.

Grass Knot is mainly for Swampert leads.

Metagross @ Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/244 Atk/14 Def
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Pursuit

Metagross is a pimp.

Heatran @ Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 34 HP/224 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Dragon Pulse
- Explosion

The extra 8 EVs in Speed let me outspeed Gliscor that think they can outspeed me, considering some Gliscor carry 76 Speed EVs.

Medicham @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Hi Jump Kick
- Psycho Cut
- Ice Punch
- Thunderpunch

Medicham is awesome. This team was originally meant to be based around him, with the other Pokemon taking care of his counters, which they still do.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def/42 SAtk/216 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled

Blissey.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/78 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Taunt
- Roost

This Gliscor outruns Heatran, Tyranitar, and Magnezone.

I have 3 Choice Item Pokemon, which means I have to use a lot more prediction. However, I'm used to it now.

As for the walls, Bronzong and Gliscor can cover well on the physical side, while Blissey is awesome and takes hits from the special side.

My team lacks a Rapid Spinner, but I don't mind Stealth Rocks a lot, and 4 of my Pokemon resist Toxic Spikes. However, Blissey is really hurt by Toxic Spikes. Having all my Pokes paralyzed is annoying too, so I'm not sure if I should have Aromatherapy on Blissey. It would limit its attacking options.

I don't feel Ice Beam is needed on the Blissey. Possibly Aromatherapy. Also that would mean changing about the EVs to 252 HP.

Blissey can't take special hits as well with all its EVs in HP. I'd go with 40 HP/252 Def/216 SDef.

Ice Beam really helps against Gliscor that switch into Thunder Wave, and if I predict right, Garchomp that try to switch into Thunder Wave.

Then couldn't you replace Thunder Wave with Toxic?
