HEY! Shouldn't Mean Look prevent the use of Baton Pass?? What the crap is wrong with netBattle?

Nope, doesn't do that. The Baton pass user can switch out, but incoming pokemon is still mean looked. That's how it works.

Baton Pass isn't switching, it is passing on anything that effects the current Pokemon onto another Pokemon. Mean Look stays, any stat ups stay, Leech Seed stays, Ingrain stays. Stuff like that
