well i am creating a completelly NEW team, and i am going to EV train them all!
but rofl i just cant choose which ones to take! XD
iv spend manny hours studying a mountain of information and iv made a "small list" of pkmn i find "good enough" for my team. ^^
but plz do mind that the first 3 pkmn are Dragons and will stay Dragons; I am running a Dragon type Gym and rofl the rule is: "you need at least 3 pkmn of the type you are leading."
:)
here they are.

:) these are the base stats i AM going to EVtrain them! comments on what i should EV train are allowed but i never EV'd be4 so rofl! keep it simple! :p

You dont pick a pokemon according to type, but according to function. For example, garchomp and hitmonlee are both physical sweepers, so having both is pointless. The average team consists of 2 sweepers- 1 physical and 1 special- and a wall for each spectrum aswel. the final two slots are then picked depending on what your team needs. Most people use a counter to what their team has trouble with- so a mixed sweeper for blissey or a Celebi for Gyarados, and the final slot is useually taken up by a support option, like a rapid spinner or aromatherapist. Pick your favorites according to these roles, because atm all you have done are list 9 pokemon who will fail to work in any given combination.

hmm k
i rly suck at this.
can you talk more "noobish"?:oops::oops:
and sry but i need 3 Dragon types.

and a wall for each spectrum aswel.
what does wall/spectrum mean? Oo i know my english but not this.

so a mixed sweeper for blissey or a Celebi for Gyarados,
blissey is a "uber" hp, high sp Def and a med Sp Atk why would i want that one? and sorry cant take a Celebi; No Ubers... and where the hell would i get one?

and the final slot is useually taken up by a support option, like a rapid spinner or aromatherapist
support... not sure what this is.
support: supporting some1; helping a person. Giving aidance
pretty sure that you dont mean this ^^

and i know that (the most of them) they have low speeds.
but i whas going to fix that by EV'ing.

if you RLY want to help me plz explain it a litle more easy. ^^

(ps: dont treat me like a noob, i am a pretty good trainer, just never heard of EV training before and all those terms involving it.)

Let's take this step by step.

.........
hmm k

can you talk more "noobish"?:oops::oops:

Then you'll have to consider Kingdra, which is the only Dragon not weak to Ice, or risk getting half your team Ice Beamed into epic oblivion.

what does wall/spectrum mean? Oo i know my english but not this.

He means you need a wall for each attacking side. This means that one Pokemon to soak up physical hits, and another to soak up special hits. They can also fulfill other roles as well (Blissey, for example, can rid your team of status and hit your opponent's team with paralysis via Thunder Wave so his sweepers are drastically slower.

blissey is a "uber" hp, high sp Def and a med Sp Atk why would i want that one? and sorry cant take a Celebi; No Ubers... and where the hell would i get one?

Celebi and Blissey aren't ubers in the current metagame, since they can be easily removed from the game by a good Pokemon, especially Blissey (by a mixed sweeper Infernape's Close Combat). Celebi is harder, but it *can* be done. As a matter of fact, I have done it once out of the three times I've met it.

support... not sure what this is.

Support means Pokemon that use things to support your team, such as, like Blissey, Thunder Waving the opponent's Pokemon to render them useless, or like Forretress and Skarmory, lay down entry hazards like Stealth Rock and Spikes to hurt your opponent when they switch in, or by using Rapid Spin to spin away entry hazards from your opponent. Since you're planning to use Dragons, I highly recommend a Rapid Spinner. Starmie is the fastest and can help to damage things as well, Forretress can spin and spike, Tentacruel can as well but he can only Toxic Spike, and Donphan also doubles up as a physical tank while Rapid Spinning.

Distinction between wall and tank:

Wall soaks up the opponent's damage (usually insignificant) and may use moves to cripple the attacking Pokemon, or in the case of Skarmory and Forretress, lay down entry hazards with impunity. Examples are Forry and Skarm as well as Blissey.

Tank can take some hits and hit back with high power. Examples are Rhyperior, Metagross.

pretty sure that you dont mean this ^^

and i know that (the most of them) they have low speeds.
but i whas going to fix that by EV'ing.

EVs can't solve everything. There is an absolute maximum speed for all Pokemon. You're better off tailoring whatever stats, types and moves the Pokemon has to its role. For example, Gengar has high Special Attack and Speed. So you can use it to wreck with Special Attacks, or abuse the Speed and Hypnosis things. Another example is Snorlax. Though slow, it can soak up special attacks, then use Curse to boost Defense and Attack and destroy. The negative speed from Curse doesn't bother it since it's so slow to begin with there's no point increasing it's speed. Another one is Lucario. Lucario is actually pretty slow, but with ExtremeSpeed, he can ignore the opponent's speed and go first regardless unless the opponent uses a priority move too. Yet another is Garchomp, who is slated to be Uber. Why? Because he gets Same Type Attack Bonus on Earthquake, one of the best moves in Pokemon, and he has 102 Base Speed, letting him outspeed Base 100s, Swords Dance to boost his attack, ability to survive one Ice move through holding Yache Berry, and a 20% chance to dodge moves in Sandstorm. And he also gets myraids of other moves to destroy whatever resists Earthquake and Dragon Claw.

if you RLY want to help me plz explain it a litle more easy. ^^

(ps: dont treat me like a noob, i am a pretty good trainer, just never heard of EV training before and all those terms involving it.)

See bolded words.

So you should just re-tailor your team. Go to http://www.smogon.com for some standard sets, build a team like Gofre suggests: One physical sweeper, one special sweeper, one special wall, one physical wall, and 2 more free slots that you can do whatever with, usually support though. Once you do, get back to us and we can help you out.

Starki said it all. By the way, not all legends are ubers, and not all ubers are legends. There are plenty of legendaries in OU play.
