You have to have an SD card, and save a snapshot to the SD card. then take the SD card out of the Wii, put it in the computer's SD slot, then go to an image hosting website like Photobucket, or Imageshack, and upload it from your computer. Then post the IMG link in your post, and wa-la, it's there.
