It honestly depends on what your team needs more, a sweeping dragonite or a supportive one.

The only dragonite sets worth using now are the bulky/support ones, since they're the only ones that it does better than salamence in.

Roost
Dragon Claw
Toxic/Thunder Wave
Heal Bell/Safeguard/Light Screen
To quote smogon, salamence completely overshadowed it until it was given the unique combination on DD and Outrage. Now Salamence does this better, and so does (Arguably) kingdra. What they don't have, however, is a support movepool like 'Nite. Heal bell allows it to act as an arometherapist and it has some nice status options too. Use this set, or use another pokemon.

ok for the first moveset almost any other dragon pokemon does it better like mence and kingdra but if thats what you need go for it
supporting nite has always been my favorite version of this pokemon
it can set up light screen sort of well but it would be better to go with heal bell and have something like zong to set up light screen for the team with light clay.
thunderwave over toxic in my opinion just watch out for evire.

Even as Dragonite has been relegated to a niche as a supporter Pokemon, he still has very useful resistances to Fighting, Fire, Water, and especially Grass, now that Roserade is suddenly more ubiquitous with a daunting Leaf Storm. Moreover, his Defenses are actually very good for such an offensive Pokemon, with only mediocre Speed that is still not so bad.
For the support set, I personally think you can forgo using Roost in order to keep both Thunder Wave and Toxic, but I have never really had an attribution for stalling; rather, just being as annoying as humanly possible by means of all the game's offensive elements. Moreover, I recommend this because Dragonite can hardly stay in as it is, what with Stealth Rock always waiting in the wings, and the withstanding ubiquity of Ice attacks, even as the reins of Garchomp no longer constrain the entire OU metagame. Sure, you can account for reparations for damage caused by Stealth Rock, but like I said, there are still so many Ice users hanging about that Dragonite will likely immediately have to switch out (and probably take a Pursuit while at it, particularly from Heracross, Metagross, or obviously Weavile), only to come back in and take the 25% damage again, unless you found time to spin them away; something you should have found time for before you switched him in on his first bout.
As for your last option, I'd opt for Heal Bell if you have Choice Scarf users and a strong physical attacking core. Status inducers can unleash a stunning reprisal of annoying effects on you and ruin your team, as we all know, and this is always an important asset if you truly need it. If you have a lot of tanks, however, it may not be an issue. In that case, Light Screen is typically an excellent investment, since most tanks are capable of taking physical hits rather than special hits, barring Hitmontop and Gallade, and even they can have serious trouble. In general? I'd say Heal Bell. Light Screen is great and all, but it's merely temporary, and Dragonite has enough trouble staying in as it is. At least it knows how to beat Blissey into submission.
