OK, I'm playing the subspace emirsinnary (SP*) and I just got done with Rayqauza. I go forward a bit, and I come to a door. I go in, and I get stuck in an impenatrable box. And it's really dark.

What do I do?

I think you use an upattack like an up+b and you will break a few boxes and be able to continue.

well i just launched off attacks so that got me through.h
