I dispise Upper Deck. But aside from that, YGO is probably doing fine in the short run. But I'm seeing .hack players taking over the stage at where I go to now. Yup, FORMER YGO players.

Heh, well Invasion of Chaos, which contains the Japanese sets "Controlloer of Chaos" and "Invader of Darkness" is now set to be released on MARCH 8TH


Though the EVO decks don't have what we thought they would (Vorse Raider, Mirror Force, etc.) they still contain many good cards. I'll get a spoiler up for the two decks soon.

Also, there will be a special IOC product (MSRP - US $14.99) that will come with 3 Invasion of Chaos booster and one variant card. You will get one of the following for cards:

-Gemini Elf
-Magic Cylinder
-Ring of Destruction
-Lava Golem

Yup, that's right...SECRET RARES! Though they're rumored to be ultra-rare with this product, I don't think anyone will care :rolleyes:

Yes, it would, and it does. It's effect is worth it because of all the damage it deals to your opponent (300 for each destroyed card). Plus, you can also activate any Sangan or Witch you discarded for the effect :wink:

I was hoping CED would stay on the field, but that would be too much of a good thing. At least there's direct damage implied and WotBF and/or Sangan's effect apply, when they're on the field of course.

If I had the choice I'd choose Yugi's deck.

Spell Canceller negates Swords and Wave-Motion Cannon but they are not destroyed.Turns do pass while Spell Canceller is on the field so the turns count.But you can't send Wave-Motion to do the graveyard till Spell Canceller is gone.

I'm not sure about SORL but if you send W-MC to your graveyard due to its own effect then Magic Reflector does nothing because it states if it is destroyed then the counter is removed not if you send it to the graveyard.If your opponent uses Mystical Space Typhoon then the counter is removed because MST destroys a Spell/Trap.

I have a question, I got a card from a Dark Crisis booster I bought called "Ojama Green", it's description says "He's one of the Ojama Trio. It's said that he butts in by any means necessary. It's also said that when the three are together, something happens.". So I'm wondering, does it combine with the other two like the magnet warriors do, or is it just saying that?

Well, let me explain.

There are three Ojamas: Ojama Green, Ojama Purple and Ojama Yellow. When you have those three cards on the field, and you have the spell card to match it, they destroy every card on the field. I don't know the name of the card, but the remaining Ojamas and that spell card come in Invasion Of Chaos.

I bought two packs of IOC, and I recieved an Ultra Rare Card, "Dimension Fusion". Its great for my Light Deck. Yes, I changed my deck, thanks to the help of Kenny C. 002.

I got one in my first pack of Yu-Gi-Oh cards and I didn't even know it was EXTREMELY hard to find. And then I got the Limited Edition kind so I'm happy! ^_^

But my packs were still crap. Big Burn is WAY to situational to even be in a side deck. It sort of bummed me out because I thought, "Oh yeah, something good's in here!" But it was just that card. I'm in the process of making an Earth deck though. I think it will be a pretty good deck! :cool:

For my light deck, all I need is Shinato, King Of A Higher Plane and Reflect Bounder. I also need some cards from IOC, including Sacred Crane, Black Tyranno, and others.

I also got a new trap card: DNA Transplant. I call out one attribute and as that card remains face-up on the field, all monsters on BOTH sides of the field are now the selected attribute! That means my Jinzo is now a light Jinzo! That could help me with some strategies and power-ups!

I wish I was that lucky. I opened my first pack and I got a secret rare but from then on out I haven't had that much luck. I'm still sort of a newbie though, but I know a lot more than most people do starting out beccause my friend plays Yu-Gi-Oh. :cool:

Well, the only secret rare I've gotten is Gemini Elf, so... =P

I just opened a Labyrinth of Nightmare pack today and I got Destiny Board! I swear LON is my good luck pack. I've gotten 2 super rares, 2 ultra rares, 1 secret rare, and only 3 normal rares and I've only been collecting for 2 1/2 months! It's so lucky. :biggrin: :cool:

Heh I cheated on a cheater! I used a trick a trick deck! First, I played Flame Cerubus in Attack mode. Since it's defense was only 1800 I had to play him in Attack. I used pot of Greed on my third turn and got Salamandra and Reinforcements, I powered him up with that and on my next turn snagged another one. I wiped him out in blows after that! :biggrin: Ans we were playing for the rarest magic card in our decks. I won Ebakiyo Drakmord (SP?)!

It's a pretty awesome card. You can't really counter an Ekibyo Drakmord unless if you're willing to waste the space of putting a card in your deck that destroys your own equip magic card or if you sacrifice your monster for something. :biggrin:

That might be a good enough replacement for Raigeki tho. So you should think about it before going to sell it. Since Harpies won't be making much of a splash after hte banning, it's safe to say that your only threat is MST for the equipment...

I've come up with a couple of explanations:

1. Upper Deck is smoking too much "white dust" again
2. Upper Deck doesn't know what it's doing
3. Upper Deck saw the potential to change every magic card and therefore force an errata, thus you must either buy new cards of the old OR to use the errata continuously
4. Upper Deck thought it's a good way to divert from the Japanese game
5. Upper Deck thought magic sounded too much like M:tG, which they hate with a passion
6. They wanted to do something stupid before the game dies
