becoz once u applied an avatar, its url is changed to 'www.empireirc.net' while the pics you're using at your forum starts with 'www.pokemonelite2000.com'

It's just what the thing says, PE2K has media on his site and his host doesn't allow media, so they are suspending his account until he gets rid of it.

Second, I'm sure PE2K is doing everything he can to get the site back up. I'm sure he's a busy guy, just give him a little time.
