My wii remotes wont work, help!!!!

My wii remotes wont connect, one flashes but doesn't connect and the other doesn't flash at all! Its not the batteries and I've tried synchronizing, but nothing will work!
Could somebody please help me!!!!???!!!

you didn't Synchronize correctly, i think you need to contact Tech support from Nintendo.

No, you don't need to contact tech support. Do this:
1.) Open up the little door on the front of the Wii to the left of the Disc slot.
2.) Press the Red Button that says, 'Synchronize.'
3.) Then sync the Wiimotes.
4.) Test and see if the Wiimotes work.


This happened to me a while ago, and this is what I did, and they work now. They sometimes just get un-synced. Or, they may just need new batteries.

no, don't sync the wiimote. Syn the WII to the remotes, not the remotes to the Wii.

i pressed the red button on the wii and the remotes at the same time even for 30 minutes but it doesnt work...

Select "Reconnect".
Press 1 & 2 on each remote in the order you want them.

4 When the Player LED blinking stops, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number (1 through 4).

@kirby grunt: Oh right, ive been holding down the syncing buttons and when i do that the LEDs light up on one of them but no staying and the other doesnt flash at all...I`ll try your idea anyways...

no If everything is the same problem that he had. then replace batteries. then wait for a couple of days. Mine did the same thing they should work the only thing to do is wait.

Your probobly doing it wrong :\ everytime it happens to me it doesnt take 48 hours. It take like 1minute. Synching isnt that hard man .-.

Maybe a bit late in posts, but i had to same PROBLEM! i had a new controller, brand new and a old first eddition wii remote, now the old one dosnt even turn on, and the new 1 flashes but dosnt connect, i had to buy a new remote -_-
