Hey, I am trying to make a cool intro for my videos on YouTube. (I film wi-fi battles)
I want a short, maybe ten or fifteen second clip of Chunk doing the truffle shuffle from the Goonies. Now, I don't know how to get the clip saved to my computer, and I don't know how to put text on the clip, that kind of stuff. So if anyone knows how to make intros, please speak up. Please....

If you want a clip of the truffle shuffle, find a website that can convert YouTube videos to .AVI or something. I'm not sure about anything else.

I have two solutions.

1. Download both MoviePod and RealPlayer, both can be found by googling the names. This will allow you to download YouTubem\ movies in the .flv format. Then you can convert them to .wma or similar by using MoviePod. I do this to get YouTube movies onto my iPod, so it should work if you want to put it through a Movie Maker.

2. Use this (http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=4&p=000530).

To put text on, just put it through Windows Movie Maker. Easy

Thanks for the help grey, but I don't fully understand how to get that second option on to WMM.

Use the "Import Pictures" button, silly.

Oh, save it as a picture.
edit: It worked, yay! Now I have intro.
