What is a good moveset/EV spread for an Adamant Teddiursa?

Thanks :)

Well, since it's not Jolly, I'd recommend you run the standard:

228 HP, 252 Att., 12 Def, 12 Sp. Def., 6 Speed
Guts @Leftovers
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Body Slam
- Fire Punch

If Ursaring were a bit bulkier, I would completely recommend Toxic Orb and Facade, but he takes hits too harshly to make it work too well. I prefer Body Slam because while the difference in power between Return and Body Slam is somewhat significant, Body Slam at least gives you more of a fighting chance, paralyzing things 30% of the time, and essentially nullifying the adverse effects of Ursaring's bad Speed. Moreover, Swords Dance bolsters his already fantastic Attack score to make into a fearsome sweeper either way. Of course, Crunch isn't here because unlike most physical attackers, Ursaring likes being burned by Dusknoir.

What do you recommend if it were a Jolly Teddiursa?

Well, I would hope he had Quick Feet and give him a Toxic Orb, with the same moves, only with Facade replacing Body Slam, as Facade on Ursaring is basically the physical translation of Salamence's Draco Meteor (they both have 210 Base Power), and 343 Speed with 359 Attack and a 210 Base Power move is just plain awesome, especially since Ursaring OHKOs any and every thing in existence that doesn't resist Facade after a Swords Dance.

Thanks a lot.

So would that be 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP?

Yeah, since Ursaring needs all the Speed he can get...although you can drop 8 Speed EVs to leave him at 340 after the Quick Feet boost, outspeeding the neutral 120s and maximum 105s. There's no other stat where I see those two points particularly useful (since he's always losing HP), so either way is fine.

Yes but outspeeding max Infernape and some Gengar is also important.

Well, see, maximum or not, he can't.

You said he could reach 343 speed with quick feet and gengar with 40 atk/252 sp.atk/216 speed and 232 speed infernape have 341.

I've hardly seen many of them running below their maximum Speed, but I guess it doesn't hurt to be prepared. Like I said, though, those extra two points aren't quite better off anywhere else, so maybe it wouldn't hurt to be thrown onto Speed anyway.

Only LO MixGar (i.e. ExplodeGar) and LeadApe run those speeds IIRC. Yeah. Doesn't hurt to be prepared. :D

The standard Smogon Infernape set runs 24 atk/252 sp.Atk/232 speed, but yea dosn't hurt to be prepared:)

He probably bred it, and in terms of the current situation, it's Teddiursa. It's the incontrovertible truth, friend.
