OK this is my first post.

Its an Arcanine signaling other's that this is his territory. It took me two weeks to draw this one.

Wow Terri. Girl you got some great talent! That is amazing! Only two weeks!? It would take me 2 months to draw something even close to that. Keep it up.

Thanks Cami. ^^

Here's the next post.

Raikou is one of my fav legendary's so I drew on to see how it would come out and after some touching up here it is. ^^

I am impressed. I can draw like that if I try, but I just don't have the patience for it.

Patience? I hardly have enough patience to draw. t took me about....200 hundred times each to get them exactly as I wanted. It was hard but I kept at it anyway.

...Okay, I admit I can't do animals yet, I'm more of a person artist. I've gotten verry good at the Danny Phantom/Fairly Odd Parents drawing style over the past month or so.

What program did you use to line and color the Raikou?

Also, why did your signature change between pictures? That second one doesn't even resemble a "T" or a "Terri".

Great drawings Terri, I especially like the Arcanine... his posture and style fits his attitude very well. I'm looking forward to seeing more from you. ^^

It changed beacuse I'm trying different sigs. I go by many names and I have different sigs for each one. The first one of course. The second one. AD. Stands for Alisha Downs my real name. Terri is my nickname which all my friends call me. All my friends have different nicknames for me and it gets really confusing. Also I do not know whichprogram I used. u_u

I have a bad memory when it comes to remembering those things.

Next post.

Here's a plushie!

A mudkip plushie. I have no clue why I made mudkip. I just felt like making one after seeing all of Scy's so I tried it out.

A mother Arcanine and her Growlithe pup.

Wow....... Those are awesome. Either you or Scy (Or both) have to show me how to make those. Even if it's just one plushie.

Sarcastic Dragonair
12-30-2008, 09:20 PM
Thanks Entei. We're working on it. Scy is still trying to make a tutorial. And I'm still getting the hang of making them myself. That was the first one I made. I'll try and make a tutorial also and get it up as soon as I can.

That's odd, being as I have a plushie exactly the same as that, which I bought a couple of years ago. o.O

EDIT

Taking a closer look at the actual images, I can see that the style differs completely in every one, and, as Hoshika said, there are totally different names on every image.

Also.

Just to prove a point, there's me with my mudkip plushie. I do believe that you have being lying. Next time you come to a forum, please do not steal artwork and toys that have been made in a factory and claim them as your own. It's not good, it's against the rules, and frankly, it annoys people.

Thank you.

Ok people. For one I do not steal art work. This are my own designs. I do not appreciate being accused of stealing. If you believe I have stolen then believe what you want because I haven't. Tombi I created that plushie and i do not like your accusations. Please keep your accusations to yourself. they are not wanted here. If you have a problem with my art tell me but do not accuse me of stealing. It is very hurtful and disappointing that someone would do such a thing.

*Laughs* I think it's pretty clear that you didn't make that plushie. Secondly...

http://tacimur.deviantart.com/ < That is the artist for the first image, the Arcanine. They live in Germany.

http://shortyantics27.sheezyart.com/ < That is the artist for the Growlithe image. They live in Minnesota.

The styles are totally different, as is the Raikou. And I actually own the same plushie as you, so you can't deny that you lied.

Also, if you did make these images, you would not use different signatures in case you got accused of art theft, which you already have. x_X

EDIT

Hey look! You live in Texas!

You should know that people don't give away their real location on online accounts. That could help online offenders and pedophiles find them. that's why people put fake addresses and other things.

Uh, No.
That only truly happens when you're blatantly like "LOL THIS IS MY ADDRESS" in location text fields, in which case you'd be pretty ignorant.

If you want to get that technical, you can't argue with the use of tracing an IP address either, because that never reveals your true location in such scrutiny.

Now I find it also hard to believe that this is your creation too, as with closer comparison, the seamlines are exactly the same, and the position of the pupils in the eyes are once again, exactly the same.

You can't blame us for being suspicious about this, I mean come on.

Flaming Flareon
12-30-2008, 10:44 PM
Terri I know that you didn't steal it! I was there when you uploaded the images to those sites. Just ignore those stupid comments. For as long as you and others know the truth that's all that matters. You didn't steal I know that you know that. So let Tombi believe waht she wants. Its not true. Plus on Tombi's plushie the orange spots and the fins on the head are bigger than on your plushie. that is a clear way to tell them apart.

Let me spell this out in a nutshell:

Tombi-sensei once again succeeds in an epic win.

Now go find a corner and start making your OWN original art. And possibly cry in it, too. 8D

Okay, look, THIS ART THREAD is for showing artwork. While it may be okay to speculate, to simply come out and say "omg you stole" is kind of rude. It's called CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISIM people! Like it, live it *puts down heavy book* love it...

Where'd the book come from O-o

EDIT: Also, what you're doing is called FLAMING and is wrong. Thank you, have a nice day. it's a wounderful Mudkip plushie.

Why would you steal someone elses work and if you really wanted us to think you made it at least get rid of the names on the wokr now i actully draw so put a draw YOU made or don't put one up at all and it's not flaming it knowing and yes she did maybe on the plusie it's ok but all the other stuff yes

But she didn't, she posted a picture to back up her point. So that sort've throws your argument in the toilet there. *Flushes*

It's called CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISIM people!
Good idea, let's all comment on how well the plushie-making factory machine does it's job.

Also, what you're doing is called FLAMING and is wrong.
It would be wrong if our accusations were baseless, and as Tombi provided us with a picture, they're not.

MS is right. What you are doing is flaming and that is rude.

@ Tombi: If you want to prove a point just point out similarities. Coming out and accusing someone of stealing is wrong.

@ MSUK: Ok I see where you are coming from but that does not make it right. There are clear differences between the plushies also.

@ Skipper_The_Growlithe: I will say this once again. Th drawings were made on different accounts. That explains the different signatures. I was there when she drew and uploaded those pictures and it angers me when people accuse my friends of something they did not do.

Once more I will say. Keep your accusations to your self. They are not welcomed in this or any other art thread. Thank you.

Look, if you insist on getting a rant out of me, my rant tank is tapped out. I'm just saying it's rude to be so vicious. Ever heard of the Golder Rule? Do unto others as they do unto you? How would you like it if someone was looking at your drawings and they said "You stole that from so-and-so"?

Ah crap, I ranted.

Flaming Flareon

Everyone, calm down. I'll message the accounts that the pictures were on and ask them if they have an account on here called Sadistic Dragonair. If they say yes, then quit posting in this thread. If they say no, then we will tell a Moderator about it. Okay?

Flaming Flareon

Calm down everyone. That's enough. Just let it go now ok. Its not doing anything if we argue about it. Plus it gives me a headache. Blackberry how are you going to message them? If you don't have an account on that site I don't think you can. I'll message them since I have accounts on them. No stop fighting!

Hold up a sec.
Why are you so keen on messaging them?
If you truly believe that your friend did not steal the artwork shown here, you would go ahead and allow Blackberry Drops to do it. Which in turn makes it even more suspicious, that you and your 'friend' are in cahoots.

>.>

EDIT: Another thing, I don't see why you're so very persistent in trying to clear your friend of all these accusations. I've seen what you've been messaging to people on their profiles, and I've also seen you post in TOMBI's art topic(Which isn't stolen artwork, mind you) clearly for the reason of trying keep your friend out of the sh*t, which is just disrespectful.

You both seem extremely suspicious. x_x

EDIT EDIT:Its not doing anything if we argue about it. Plus it gives me a headache.
Can you spell "hypocrisy?"

EDIT EDIT EDIT: ...Yes, this will be my final edit. xD
I just did some researching, and in the sheezyart link Tombi provided(which had the Growlithe image), apparently the person who made that piece of artwork's name is Sarah. The one from deviantART who made the Arcanine artwork's name is Andrea Koch.
Alisha Downs my real name.
Oh dear.

So make of that what you will, but I find all this hard to believe. .__.

I am letting Blackberry drops handle messaging them! If she did steal that art I don't want to be accused of helping thank you!
Just cause we're friends doesn't mean that I will doubt her word. I have no clue! This is all getting to confusing and I want it to stop! This thread will most likely be closed because all this drama is getting on people's nerves. Right now me and MS are probably going to contact Neo and request the thread be closed. So there is no reason to post here any longer. We're still iffy on contacting him. This is the last warning. No more accusations.

Okay, first thing first, yes, we do ban for art theft. That is something we take very seriously here, and people have been permanently banned from it before. Sarcastic Dragonair, I have reason to believe those aren't yours. The watermarks are all very different, the styles of art are very different, and like someone pointed out earlier, they link to different accounts on DeviantArt. If they were yours, I would have noticed some similarity between the pictures, but I see nothing like that. However, rather than raising hell about this and running the possible risk of banning someone innocent, I'm giving you a chance to prove you did to them under terms I think are quite fair.

I want you to make a picture of a Pikachu riding a Latias over a beach with a sunset in the background and a few stars in the sky, and yep, I want it to look just as good (if not better) as those pictures. If you really made those pictures, then that should be no problem, right?

You've got 48 hours, which is plenty of time. I have seen people do stuff like this in under 2 hours, so this is perfectly fair. If you don't do it, sorry, I'd have to consider that you didn't really do those pictures and flag it as art theft. And yes, you will get a permanent ban from it because we don't tolerate that here.

Thank you, God. *Closes eyes wearily*

This has got to be one of the most hilarious threads I have ever participated in.

I'd just like to point out a final thing: the Mudkip plushies are exactly the same. The fur texture, the pupil placements, the seam lines, the sizes of the feet and the fins. Thank you, MSUK. (Also thank you Gaby, for providing comedy relief and making me giggle. xD)

Furthermore, I didn't flame to start off with. I showed my points and provided evidence in the form of an actual photo. I was then accused of lying, which then caused it to build up into something that got a lot of people involved.

The only reason I started this is because I despise art theft.

Neo, thanks again. <3

Guys, thanks for all the investigation, it was a massive help in uncovering the truth about these two. And for those that haven't seen the other two threads, Flaming Flareon and Sarcastic Dragonair were both caught stealing art, and I checked and confirmed a link on their IP addresses. It doesn't get any more obvious than that.
