Well, the first problem with this set is that you have taught it two attacks with the same type. Generally, that's a big no-no. Flareon has great base Attack, but Iron Tail should be replaced because it has a high miss ratio. Replacing Overheat with another physical attack (perhaps Thunder Fang to waste Water Pokemon like Gyarados) would be a good idea, since for some reason Flareon's base Attack is higher than its base Special Attack. Would you mind posting more about the Flareon, such as its EV spread, nature and purpose (Baton Passer, Special Sweeper, etc.)? Since Flareon is pretty versatile, it's difficult to determine what moves should be substituted without further knowledge.

In the meanwhile, since it seems you'd like your Flareon to be offensive, here is a nice moveset lifted from Smogon which allows Flareon to sweep with both physical and special attacks:

Flareon @ Life Orb
EVs: 192 Attack/184 Sp. Attack/124 Speed
~ Fire Blast (wails on Steel types)
~ Return (used on various threats like Ninetales)
~ Superpower (same purpose as Return)
~ HP Grass (takes out Swampert, Quagsire and other bulky Waters)

Apparently, when used right Flareon should be able to OHKO a number of opponents. Beware when switching in on an opponent that knows Earthquake, however; unfortunately, Flareon has poor base Defense.

The above set is the most effective offensive set in todays metagame, although I believe a wish variant is rising in popularity. However if you don't have access to platinum then flareon has the movepool of a vegetable and isn't really worth using.
