ok so froslass is a suicide lead il always get at least 1 spikes off and froslass is fast enough to stop other leads from setting up the bond is there to threaten a switch racking up spikes dmg or getting rid of one of my opponents pokemon
banette is my sleep taker and support poke as well as spin blocker i can either slow down spcl sweepers or cripple physical attackers and can finish off weakened poks with sneak
clefable pretty much the blissey of UU except with encore and magic guard im not sure weather or not to put t-wave on this guy because i already hav it on banette and shadowball would allow clefable to hit ghosts
torterra can take plenty of hits and restore hp with leach seed as well as setting up stealth rock for some more passive damage.
arcanine hits hard even w/ out band and stab blitz is nothing to laugh at hes fast too and can ohko alot of poks who will be weakened by my spikes and SR
raikou pretty much my calm mind sweeper, get a fast sub off and start setting up and sweep away

ok well i know i hav a dark weakness so if anyone has suggestions for that they would be much appreciated otherwise tell me what you guys think.

I don't see the point in T-wave and shadow sneak on Banette seems how Twave makes you faster. Also cosmic power on clefable works wonders so I would reccomend that.

Adamant Banette isn't that great because Adamant ups physical attack and lowers special attack, so I'd change that, and the rest of your team is good

Which is a good thing because his Banette isn't using any special attacks.

Your team is totally raped by Swords Dance Gallade with Close Combat, Night Slash. I do have a few suggestions though.

Frosslass timid @Focus Sash

-taunt
-destiny bond
-ice beam

I've used this same set. It's like a 50/50 for me. If the opponent is smart, you won't get that surprise kill with destiny bond, and they can just Pressure Stall you out of Destiny Bond. But, if they're not so smart, then you can get a surprise kill while still being able to set up spikes. Again, 50/50. I suggest Leftovers for longer survivability, as not many starters can 1HKO you, and you can still revenge kill many pokes later in the game.

Banette adamant @leftovers Insomnia

-will-o-wisp

Not really sure what you're trying to accomplish here. If you try to show me what you want to accompish here, maybe I can help. If you want to status the opponent, go for a 252 HP and Sp. Def Dusclops with Will o Wisp, T-Wave, Filler, Filler, not sure if it carries Rest Talk.

Clefable calm @leftovers Magic Guard

T-Wave for paralysis. Don't use Shadow Ball, as it is basically useless.

Torterra impish @leftovers
212hp 252def 44speed
-wood hammer
-earthquake
-leech seed
-stealth rock

If you really need a Stealth Rocker, use Registeel. Otherwise, switch Stealh Rock and Leech Seed for Rock Polish and Stone Edge, so you get better coverage.

Arcanine jolly @choice band intimidate/flash fire??
252Atk 252speed 6hp
-flare blitz
-extreme speed
-thunder fang
-crunch

Choice Band, either ability works although Flash Fire is suggested, Intimidate can be used to lessen the damage to you by Gallade.

Raikou timid @leftovers
68hp 252speed 116SPatk 72SpD

-calm mind
-thunderbolt

Raikou's ok.

Those are all the suggestions I have. Hope to battle you someday on Shoddy. My IGN for Shoddy is in my siggy.
