I never downloaded or installed Norton, but it's on my hard drive. I uninstalled it for the past few days, but it magically reappears. What is this?

So you uninstalled it? Did you try deleting all the shortcuts to it? I did that with PS. I uninstalled it, but it was still there, so I deleted the shortcuts, and it's no longer in my Program Files.
