Just some advice....
you should save your banners as PNG not JPEG
and what program do you use... GIMP, PS, or paint?

Why png? and Gimp.
well you know how some of you banners are Really blurry... well that is because you save them as JPEG
if you save them as PNG they are not blurry at all...

Very true. Also (sorry, this I know this is supposed to be a shop, but meh,) perhaps you could look for renders instead of images. Planet Renders has some good ones, and you can use Deviant art ones if you get permission from the maker. Also, try checking out Gimptalk and Gimp Tutorials, they have some good tutorials. Oh, and do what Kayla suggests, it does work.

Meh, I don't mind rendering them myself. I'm trying to do trial and error so I'm not going to use any tutorials.
Added another example,
