Prologue
Eric and his 3 digimon, Monmon, Kotemon, and Bearmon, go to the digital world, to save it from the evil Fenrismon, (this fanfic takes place 5 years after season 3), who has taken over this once peaceful digital world, this wolf-like shadow digimon also wants to destroy the old digimon tamers, and Eric, an American tamer, must team up with them to save the digital world.
Chapter 1
The Molemon Trio
Eric jsut got to the digital world, and he met Takato and Guilmon. Monmon, Kotemon, and Bearmon heard something, Guilmon said "Takato-mon, I want bread." Eric got out an entire loaf of bread from his backpack for Guilmon, he said "I was saving this, but you can have it" Guilmon happily ate the bread, and when he was done, three mole-like digimon, who were spies for Fenrismon, called Molemon, they said "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" Eric said " We are here to save the digital world!' The Molemon looked shocked, they yelled "YOU CAN'T! WE MUST STOP YOU!" Eric's D-Arc 2.0 glowed a very bright Yellow color, his digimon glowed white and digivolved, Monmon digivolved to Hookmon, Kotemon Digivolved to Dinohumon, and Bearmon digivolved to Grizzmon" The three Molemon shouted "Dirt bomber!" and threw balls of exploding soil at Eric's digimon, but they missed and hit a boulder, Guilmon ran, and so did Takato, Eric slashed three D-arc 2.0 cards, one gave Hookmon super speed for the rest of the battle, one gave Dinohumon super Defense for the rest of the battle, and one gave Grizzmon super Offense for the rest of the battle. Hookmon shot one of the Molemon with his Captain Cannon, Dinohumon stabbed one twice while performing his Lizard Dance attack, and Grizzmon mauled the other Molemon and bit its nose. The Molemon brothers were defeated, and Fenrismon was watching this battle from his layer, he said "NOO! THAT PESKY KID AND HIS THREE DIGIMON DEFEATED MY SPIES! THAT'S IT! I WILL BEAT YOU SOME DAY!" Eric's three digimon dedigivolved into their Rookie forms.
