It seems that a spyware program has hijacked my homepage. The first thing I noticed was that google redirects me to this new retarded website called google.zonagamerz.com.
http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/9383/googlezonagamerz.png
Now this website annoys me because I cant go to the google english website. So I use the search engine for ways to eliminate this zonagamerz from the google home page. Now heres the really annoying part. I click on the links that have ways to get rid of this crap but when I click on these websites it redirects me to another crap website called nuevaq.fm. Now at the bottom of this website it says powered by zonagamerz.

Another annoying thing is i cant sign on my youtube account and im sure its because of this junk thats on my computer. How do I know this? I have another computer that works fine. The last part to this is that every 20 seconds the computer tries to change my homepage to zonagamerz.com. This website gives out a lot of trojans.

I have run like 3 different antispyware programs and 1 antivirus program and they cant find or detect this problem. I did it on safemode too and it doesnt fix my problem. ive also restored my computer like 4 times and the problem persists.

I used both of the antispywares recommended by pe2k and the one that seemed to detect the problem was the spyware doctor. The only problem is i have to register my spyware doctor in order to take action and to register you need to buy a license code from them. So it really isnt free as pe2k claims and its the only antispyware i have used that will fix my problem as it has detected it.

Im not sure where this thing came from though I think the source is naruto-tv.com because on my other computer when i visited the naruto-tv website, i got an ad from the nuevaq.fm website and i got scared that i might get my clean computer infected.

You have a few choices.
1. Try more free AntiSpyware, see if that works.
2. Try to download Firefox or another browser. (If you cant get to a download page, maybe a USB drive?)
3. Try a proxy. www.anonymouse.org is one.
4. Nuke your computer woo! (virtually of course with DBAN)

Thing is if you have trojans, you could have future problems. So, you might want to get some heavy duty antivirus, or open source! (yay)

PS - Linux/Mac own

Are all your anti-programs up to date? If not, update them and try scanning the whole computer. You can also download Hijackthis:

http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html

Run a Hijackthis scan and save a log. You can use this:

http://www.hijackthis.de/
http://www.help2go.com/component/detective/

to analyze the log. Or you can analyze the log yourself, here is a guide:

http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=38752

Also, obligatory "download Firefox, it's safer and better than IE". I personally like Firefox because of its extensive AdBlock add-on.

I solved the problem. Btw, all the antispywares I dled were the latest versions with updates.

My problem was solved through the Hijackthis program this other guy recommended to me before you, lol. All I have to do is just use Firefox from now on to prevent something like this again.

I recommend the Hijackthis program to anyone that has this problem.

Edit: the thing came back. and the hijackthis isnt working and that majorgeeks forum isnt reader friendly. It says a bunch of DONTS before you begin and the thread just keeps going on and on about the DONT or MUSTS before the actual guide begins.

Edit2: Fixed the problem again but I don't know if this time it's fixed for good. This time I used the CCleaner with the Hijackthis.

You've said it's gone, but take precaution. Next time, don't click on links that you don't know, and keep your firewall up (:

Umm obviously your Internet Explorer is old just by looking at your screenshots. Your version of IE has already been exploited :|. Delete everything your IE has stored and install a different browser as even if you upgrade your IE the exploit will carry on to your upgraded version. Oh before you delete your IE, download another browser (I suggest to use another computer to download the browser then transfer it to yours using a usb). Install the other browser, get a Anti-Virus software because yours sucks ;|.

Edit: Didn't think this was a gravedig, but realised it was :| sorry.

I thought we couldn't delete IE from Windows. If there is... tell me.

Sorry that i don't have links, but try AVG free and Malwarebytes. Both are pretty decent, but i'd say malwarebytes is better. AVG free is also good to use, cause it detects most of the stuff, but mainly just picks up tracking cookies and lesser harmful stuff. But try them both, i managed to use both to get me out of virus/trojan problems twice.

Why don't you just install a different internet browser?

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html
[click green download button near bottom right page]

Mozilla firefox is probably the best browser out there, it's faster than Internet explorer and handles better then IE.

BTW don't delete internet explorer from your computer. That's a horrible idea. Just don't use it if you don't want to.

And go get yourself a free anti-virus program. I use AVG free.
