Okay, folks. I decided to do something different this time around. I've included your exact earnings for each grade that you did, as well as the rank of each grade; this way, you can get a better idea of how you’re doing, and you can also yell at me if I missed a story or miscalculated. If I made a mistake in your favor, then just... feel lucky. If you're confused about why you received the amount that you did, or if you're wondering how you might further improve your grades, then feel free to come talk to me about it. The whole reason I'm doing this is because I want to help all my little graderlings to keep improving. So no, I won't bite your head off... UNLESS I HAVE ONE MY MOOD SWINGS, THAT IS.

Also, this was kind of a pain in the ass, so don't expect me to do it all the time. I'll try to do it every now and again, if you guys want, but if I start getting a buncha whiny crap, then I'll probably tell everyone to just friggin' deal with it. :B

You're all sorted alphabetically, and your stories are sorted from highest earned to lowest. Your total earned is in green. And in case you don't already know, I'm using the grading system as described here (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/forum/showpost.php?p=903814&postcount=4).

By the way, "Basic" generally shouldn't be seen as a bad thing when it comes to smaller stories. It's really only when the intended capture rises in difficulty that the grader should also rise in detail. Overall, you guys are doing a pretty great job. As far as general advice goes, though, I'd like it if you guys tried to be more specific when talking about how a certain area is lacking; for instance, if it's an important grammar issue we're talking about (like comma usage in dialogue), then try to put the correction in a separate quote from the mistake. If you're talking about the plot (especially for more difficult captures), then try to go beyond whether or not the plot is just "simple" or "interesting" or "original" to you, because those are all very vague and unhelpful words. If you find yourself boarding that train of thought, then try to take a moment to consider what a "good" plot truly is, because there's really no intelligible definition for it; if there was, then it would quickly become cliché, which defeats the whole purpose.

And I apologize if you were offended by the term "my little graderlings." It was a term of endearment, I assure you. ^^

You know, you scare me when you say nice things, Galleon. ;p

and I thought Story Of A Trainer was more than a basic grade, though I may be biased so I dunno.

Yeah, there were a few different grades that made me really stop and consider what to give out, and that was one of them. But for that one, I decided on Weak, even if it may have been a little harsh, 'cuz I know you could've made that grade better with only a little more effort.

yeah, I know. My bad I guess, I should've given it a little more feedback.

Still, I, but pretty much every grader does IMHO, really apprecciate that you told us the level of each of our grades, so now we can avoid errors/bad things fire-proof.

Galleon should get paid for the extra work. I'd say Complex to Extensive sounds about right!

But really, wonderful job providing fascinating information.

Yay, 6k! I remember in the good ol' days where I'd earn 6 k for grading 5 stories... and I only did one measly little grade. :) Thanks, Galleon!

I read TTar's Complex grade - wowee. SO YOU EXPECT US TO GIVE A 50 K GRADE? ;_;

I meant to post this yesterday but was just like 'noo I'll do it laattteeerrr Dx'

I only receive 2k, as the 8.6k story was Graded in January... and I've already been paid for it. xD

Silly Galleon :P

Still, thanks for putting it up this way. It'll definitely help improve the quality of grades. :o

Whoa, whoa, whoa. While it's true that Complex grades are bound to be long, that doesn't mean they all have to be super gigantic. In fact, if she'd provided more interesting feedback, that Complex grade of T-tar's could've very well been Extensive, but it just wasn't quite there, not because of the length, but because of what she actually said. Still, she did a good job of giving very clear, detailed examples of what the author needed to do, so I decided on Complex. The link I gave at the top of the thread might give you a little more info, too, if ya like.

Besides, you've had some Complex grades in the past, yourself, Splish. SO DON'T GET ALL DRAMATIC ON ME, ELSE I'LL HAFTA GET DRAMATIC RIGHT BACK AT YOU.
