Hey, folks. If you're (un)lucky, you may remember that I made up a language and posted it here. Well, once again, I'm teaching you guys my brand-spanking new language: Funky English! It is 100% English except for the fact it is spelled and pronounce differently! w00t!
Basically, FE (funky english, if you're a little slow upstairs) is English with only like 20 letters: all o'em exept C, F, J, Q, and X. There are seven vowels (like in Welsh): A, E, I, O, U, Y, and W. We'll get to that in a minute. The rest, are, of course, consonants. Punctuation is exactly the same, too!
Pronunciation:
The letters B, D, G, K, L, M, N, P, R, and V are always pronounce like in English.
A: Pronounced like in Spanish or Italian or Japanese-- father
E: Like in Spanish/Italian/Japanese-- day
H: Like English, except in between vowels, where it's silent.
I: Like in S/I/J-- meet, exept at the end of a word... we'll get to that later.
S: Always like English sassy. But there is an exception: Only at the end of a word, and only when an i follows it, it's pronounced like ship.
T: Like english, except at the end before an i (like s's exception), where it's pronounce like church
U: Like in S/I/J-- Zulu
W: Pronounced like that funky vowel in the dictionaries, you know, the one called "schwa". under
Y: Now this is the toughest one to pronounce: Say "ee" except with your lips in the possition for "oo". If you speak German, use the "ü" sound. If, for some strange reason, you can't say it, use the "oo" sound.
Now wasn't that fun?

Time for lesson two! Where you actually get to learn some junk!
Here's a simple English Conversation:
Billy: Hi! How are you doing?
Jane: Quite good, thank you. What are you doing later today?
Billy: Actually, I'm visiting my grandmother in Oklahoma!
Jane: Sounds like fun! Say hello to her for me! Bye!
Billy: Sure thing! See ya!
Yeah, I know, that was retarted. But here it is in FE:
Billy: Ay! Ao a yo dohung?
Jane: Kvik gog, syk yo. Uak a yo dohung lator today?
Billy: Aksole, i'ng vezetung mo grytmauor y Oklahoma!
Jane: Zyts lik vwng! Ze elo to har vor me! Vay!
Billy: Zur syg! Se ya!
Yes, that looks pretty funky, but I'll analyse (sp?) it for ya:
Ay- Drop the "h" from hi. The letter combination "ay" sounds like "eye".
Ao- Drop the "h" from how. "Ao" says "ou" as in ouch.
a- The rhotisation (a fancy word for "r-sound at the end") is dropped from are. Pronounced like "ah", not "ay" or "uh".
dohung- The word "do" is "do" (p. like dough), and instead of "ing", you use "ung" (p. like in flung) The h seperates vowels and is silent.
Kvik: The English "qu" turns into "kv" (p. like kf). The vowel is the same. Final consonants tend to turn into either k, g, or ng. Those are what language-folks call "vellars".
gog- G remains, oo to o (p. like oh), final d velarized.
syk- Th to S, In to y, K remains.
yo- Y remains, ou to o.
Uak- Wh to U (p. like English "w"), Vowel remains, final T velarized.
a- see above
dohung- see above.
lator- L, A, and T remain. Final Er to Or (p. the same as the original).
today- p. like toe-dye.
Aksole- A remains. Ctu to Kt. A to O. Ly to Le. (word p. like "ax-oh-lay")
i'ng- Contraction of "i ang", p. like eeng.
Vezetung- V remains. I to E. S to Z. I to E. Ting to Tung.
mo- p. like Moe
grytmauor- Gr remains. An to Y. D to T. M remains. Mo to Ma, Th to U, Er to Or. Word p. "grüt-mouwer".
Y- Nasal Vowel (Vowel+n, m, or ng) to Y.
Oklahoma- Foreing words, place names, folks' names, etc remain.
Syts- S remains. Nasal Vowel to Y. Ds to Ts.
lik- p. like leek.
vwng- F to V. Schwa to W. N velarised. P. lik vung.
Ze- S to Z. Vowel remains.
elo- Intial H dropped.
to- p. like toe.
har- H remains. Er to Ar.
vor- F to V. Or remains. p. like "ver"
me- p. like May
Vay- B to V. Ye to Ay. p. like "vie".
Zur- S to Z. Ure to Ur. p. like zoor.
syg- Th to S. Nasal Vowel to Y. G added.
Se- p. like "say".
Ya- just like English.
Hope that was under standable! I can translate anything you want. Just post here or PM me.

Haha, very nice! I remember your other language, but I think I like this one better. It's a strange hobby you have. Perhaps you're pursuing a carreer in linguistics?

Hmmmm... interesting language you got going on here.... seems interesting enough, but I'm only interested in my English and the four years of Spanish I have under my belt.
Keep up the hard work I am seeing and I hope your dreams of linguistics come true

And by trying and failing desperately to write in a simple code you have proven that you are retarted. >.>"

This sounds interesting, but a little hard to do, for me it would be my 4 language, or would it come under english?
