Help with .PNG or .GIF ava!

hello people!! Im kinda new, but could any of those great arrtists make this image a .png or .gif, its in bmp, but it doesn't accept those!

I'll do it for you...Only, here's a question out of my curiosity... Why can't you convert these pics to the type of files you want? Just a little question...Nothing offensive...

If you need to convert these, just get IrFran View if you have a Win 98 or less ed. of Paint... :tongue:
