~Where the mountain is silohuetted by the azure moon behind it every night as tourists marvel at it's natural beauty~
I feel like displaying some of my best tags, but before we get there, sadly, rules are essential.

All PE2K Rules apply (should have read them when you joined)
Constructive Criticism only, please. I don't take 'that tag needs a LOT of work' as flaming, but as critiqing. So go hard on me. Kinda.
Respect my work, please.

I like the Darkrai Banner, but it is kinda hard to tell what is going on. :X

My favorite ones are the first two banners: Vaporeon and Scizor.

New tag. Made for two comps since it fit both-one for BotW (Sprite Theme) and the Signature Competition on the DC Forums, which had the theme 'Theif' or 'Stealing'.

I can't find the owner of the sprite-it was on Google Images and I couldn't find where it gave a username or anything, but once I find it I'll add it.

Really, Nessa, triple posting isn't needed. >_>
I'll comment. Your banners/tags are good, but not great. I've got some advice for you that you can take in if you want.
The Vaporeon banner is good, but there's too much in the background. I see this with your other banners, too. You place so much in the background that it's hard to see your render, or even a clear focal point. Your background should be subtle and compliment the render, not cover it up. Try adding less C4Ds and such and perhaps work with brushes for a bit. Some banners done with brushes can look much better.
Your placement is fairly good; I don't have much to say on that. If you know the rule of thirds - that's when you divide an image into three vertically, horizontally and diagonally - you'll notice that your eyes mostly go smack bang to the centre. This is very uncreative and is not what great artists look for. What they want is flow; for your eyes to lead around the banner. So if you have a render, don't place it in the middle. try to the left or right. That will direct a person's eyes to the negative space around the banner as well, instead of just to the render in the middle. ^^
Tags like that Scizor one need a border because it kind of looks like it's eroded. A dark red pixel border would have gone excellent with that. If you find a banner/tag that's too light, you can always darken the edges or make a border. There's nothing worse than not being able to tell when the banner starts or ends.
Your text is a bit of a problem. It's hard to see on most of them, if at all. Your text should contrast with the background it's placed on. If I had a black background for example, I'd use white text, and vice versa. Black and white - being neutral colours - are the ones most used, but if you want another example, I like having a render such as a Vaporeon and a green background. Now because the Vaporeon is blue, I'd use the colour picker to take a blue from the Vaporeon and use that as the text colour. See? Drop shadows/glows and such can also be used to make the text stand out more, but don't go crazy. ^^'
Another thing: NEVER use pure white in banners. You don't need it. >_> It'll often distract people from the image itself. Like your Darkrai banner, there. Also, be sure there is a clear light source and add depth to your image. This can be achieved by blurring, smudging, adding shadows or highlights etc.
And....I'm worn out. ^^' I hope that helps you a bit.
