Title: Super Mario World
Artist: Kōji Kondō
Platform: Super Nintendo Entertainment System, GameBoy Advance, Wii Virtual Console
Link to Buy: N/A
Favorite Song: Switch

Ratings:

Fitting-in: 8/10
Ehh, there are times when I felt like the music didn't seem to fit the darkness or evil of the bosses or stage. But it was all 16-bit, so I commend them on being able to that much.

Originality: 8/10
Nintendo missed the band-wagon for the 16-bit music fad. With nothing much left they could do, they turned some old games and took a few bits from that but edited it to make it more modern, in their time.

Diversity: 5/10
Pretty much, if you've played 3-5 levels, you've heard it all. :/

Nostalgia Value: 7/10
It does bring back some memories from when I used to play. I can see that they put a lot of effort in making this, because the potential shows. I can see how they tried to remaster the great moments in past games and try to make some new ones in this game. But it just didn't live up to expectation.

Overall: 7/10

Closing comments: Super Mario is actually a pretty good game, no lie. But don't look at it and go: THIS IS A CLASSIC. I BET IT HAS SOME GREAT MUSIC IN IT.
