It's more than likely an event Zoroark. Everyone thought Lucario was an event Pokemon, but then Riolu came along and was obtainable in game.

Since Zoroark has Zorua, it's likely you can get the little evil fox Pokemon ^^

Coro-Coro has stated they will show how to obtain Zorua in the next issue, I believe.
