Reshiram. It does indeed look like Zekrom is the more powerful one. But take another look and it seems as if Zekrom has what looks like some sort of armor on it. Which could imply that Zekrom is the one with more Def. and HP, while Reshiram has less and looks a bit more... lean. Which I'm guessing may lead it to be much more fast and powerful.
