Dragon/electric would be good. Finally, the first of his kind.
Dragon/ice for Reshiram would be nice. I've liked a dragon/ice type.
Also, i hope they make a legendary bug or a legendary poison type.

legendary flyings,
BUT NO FREAKING BUG OR POISON.
