I think he's trying to say that he's tired of waiting.
Just so you know, they have to translate everything in the game and edit the basic coding to both English then they have to translate all the packaging to French under Canadian law.
So it's obviously going to take some time. They can't just be like *WAVES MAGIC WAND* OMG ENGLISH LAWLZORZ
