The Sixth Sense. That was one of the only good ones I know.
Most of the time, horror movies either try to overdo it on the blood and gore, they're not scary, or even worse, they're unintentionally hilarious and so illogical that you can't help but laugh your ass off.
Hate to say it, but I've seen the human anatomy torn and ripped apart so many times in so many different ways from past video games and movies that it really doesn't faze me anymore.
