Wow, you guys have waited a week...
The Dragon's Den. It was a very creative name for the place as there were no signs of dragons. Perhaps you would expect to find a dragon painted on a wall, or maybe even a statue of one. But, no, there was none. What was there, however, were two platforms--one on the left, and another on the right--as well as a pool of water below.

The doors open, two trainers stepped in. They released two creatures, one from each of them, both Pokemon having some dragon-type blood in them--though the Horsea was more of a water type. The combination was perfect, a water and a dragon type--just right for the Dragon's Den. One resembled a blue-colored Sea Horse, and the other looked a lot like blue serpentine.
The bout really began after the trainers had commanded their Pokemon. Arod, being the faster of the two, started to focus her energy into her whole body. Her eyes flash white momentarily as an orb of white light envelopes her. The sphere glows brightly to a point where it could definitely blind you. Luckily, no one's eyes had been damaged. The ball soon turned into a blue color, growing and stretching... It morphed into a figure in front of the Horsea, which looked just like the Dragon Pokemon herself. The new creature stayed floating right in front of its creator, protecting her from any attacks that might be on their way. [Horsea -13 Energy, -25HP]
The Dratini, meanwhile, had begun to dance. She moved about, slithering all around the platform gracefully. She seemed to have a glowing aura around her as she danced. This aura had multiple colors, all rising and falling at different speeds. It gave the dragon type a majestical glow... A magical feeling. When she was done with her little dance, the Dragon Pokemon was flourished from head to tail. [Dratini -8 Energy, SPD and ATK+1]
Now being the faster of the two, the Paperfairy's Pokemon managed to start up her dancing before KantoBreeder's creature could gather power for her next attack. As before, the Dragon Pokemon danced and swayed appealingly and smoothly. The aura came back, and it seemed to be even stronger and more colorful than ever. [Dratini -8 Energy, SPD and ATK+1]
The other Dragon Pokemon--the one that is a water type--was busying herself with another attack. This time, it was a damage-dealing move. At the tip of her mouth, slightly transparent sparks were crackling continuously. A small ball, made of ice, was formed, and it was glowing blue. She fired this orb, and while in mid-flight, it bursted. It exploded into an erratic beam of sorts, full of ice energy. It looked much like a lightning bolt, or the ice-typed version of Thunder and Thunderbolt. The ice streak found its way to the dancing Dratini. The foe had just finished her Dragon Dance just as the beam reached her. The attack struck like lightning, sending chills down the Pokemon's body, damaging her considerably. [Dratini -10HP/Horsea -14 Energy]
Fortunately, for Dratini, the Ice Beam had not frozen her.
Dratini uses Dragon Dance one after the other because her speed had been increased by the first one, making her faster than Horsea.
