Outrage ~ Substitute @ 11 HP

It seemed to have been implemented into her system. The Dratini just had to keep on using Outrage. That was the side effect of the attack--the user was to use it once more. So, she hopped back over to Horsea, swimming as fast as her slithery body could swim. She immediately started attacking the clone as soon as she had reached the other side of Dragon's Den. A moment later, a series of blue flames sprang out from her mouth. She continued to beat up poor Arod's substitute 'till she had used a good load of her energy. The clone was not looking too good, on the other hand, and was shredded into bits and pieces, though still floating. [Horsea's SUB -11HP/Dratini -13 Energy]

Arod tried her best to stifle a yawn. Her clone was taking damage, though she did not want to get beaten up either... However, her trainer's repetitive move choice was getting tiring. She obeyed KantoBreeder anyway. Again, ice sparks sparked until they could spark no more. A ball of ice energy formed. But since they were near each other, Arod moved back so she could fire the Ice Beam properly. once the orb was in the air, it exploded, creating pieces of ice down-pouring everywhere. The erratic beam had not much distance to travel, hitting the Dratini directly. [Dratini -10HP/Horsea -14 Energy]

Paperfairy commanded Dratini to set up a clone as well. With that in mind, the Dragon Pokemon swam away, back to her master, focusing her energy into her whole body as she traveled. Her eyes flashed light blue, unlike the white pupils of Horsea when he had done the same move. An aura surrounded her, it was in the shade of sky-blue, too. An orb surrounded her as it glowed brightly. A few more moments later, the glow was softer and soothing. It changed into a darker blue color, which also had hints of white and dark purple mixed within. The next instant, it stretched and moved away from Dratini, changing into a clone of the master herself. [Dratini -11HP, -3 Energy]

As Dratini had been preparing a clone to protect her, Arod was crackling up ice sparks once more. Her nuzzle was really cold now, but, nevertheless, the ice orb was formed. She released it soon after that, sending the bolt-like beam flying. It really did look like an ice-type version of Thunderbolt as it made its way rapidly to the foe. The creature's clone floated in front of her, taking the damage from the Ice Beam. The strength of the attack left the clone badly beaten up and torn. It was still standing, though. [Dratini's SUB -10HP/Horsea -14 Energy]
