La Tormenta was a little confused when he heard his order. He was perfectly unscathed; how could he inflict his own injuries on an opponent if he didn't have any? However, he ran at Pupitar with grim determination. He smacked the cocoon Pokemon, then hopped back, inspecting the damage he had done. However, all he had engendered was a glare.
[Endeavor: La Tormenta, -10% Energy]

Pupitar was still glaring at La Tormenta. She didn't appreciate this bizarre dragon-baby and its human clambering up her mountain. So she continued to glare, her eyes narrowed to ominous slits, her mouth frowning, and her red irises flashing. La Tormenta attempted to shrink back, feeling like he ought to move cautiously. No swift, sudden movements were to be made around this angry being.
[Scary Face: Pupitar, -3% Energy]

Ref Notes
Scary Face's Accuracy Roll was 22, with 1-90 hitting.
Endeavor brings the opponent's HP down to the user's. If La Tormenta is using it with 100 HP...
For some reason, Pupitar's animation makes me lol.
