Yeah, those are automatic. Scanning AR codes only increases likelihood of getting those you scanned. Also, you only get one elemental monkey evo set entry, one season for Deerling/Sawsbuck(same season), and one of the entries for male/female appearance dependant pokemon like Jellicent and Unfeasant(sp?). I think it's been theorized on Gamefaqs that you have to get those by sharing with other people.
