The tiny tick pokemon moved first, narrowly outspeeding his opponent. His move was an easy one; he had known it all his life and it came very naturally to him. His tiny jaws opened as an orb of rainbow energy appeared, radiating lights of many colors. It grew and grew until it was even bigger than him (which was not very impressive, considering his size). With a deep breath, he hurled it at his opponent. Dratini had no time to react before the huge ray of power hit her. She was blown back into the water, where she floated at the bottom for a while. She was going to have to seriously change her gameplan if she wanted to avoid capture…

Her move was one that wouldn’t do much now, but would seriously help her in the future. Dratini began to swerve around in the lake, quickly gaining speed. She moved faster than ever, boosted her speed considerably. The action ended, but her speed remained at its heightened sense. Passing other pokemon as she bolted through the water, it would be a lot harder for her foe to find her both underwater and at this kind of speed. It was the perfect plan.
