I just wanna tell you that there is a rumor that under the rain a Pokemon is never burned. This is a fake rumor. Actually this isn't impossible. I discovered this a day ago when my Seismitoad used Rain Dance and were burned afterward by Shauntal's Corfagrigus's Will-o-Wisp.
Maybe this was true in a previous generation...
