In white, in Opelucid City a man says:

I wonder how my child, Thyme (looks a bit like time), will spend the future.
I'm making a machine that connects the future and present,
but electricity is desperately short.

I've heard that in another world, there's another Opelucid City that looks very futuristic.
If there is a pokemon from that world that knows the move Charge, the machine may work.
If you're able, would you be willing to lend me a Pokemon like that?"

This is my Theory:

If in pokemon White some random guy can build a Time Machine,
what could they have build in glorious futuristic pokemon black.
And wouldn't Plasma,
the smart evil guys have gone to the past to change history?

Thats a clue that Plasma isn't that smart.
They haven't manipulated time, but they have build their own pokemon of mass destuction.

And why can't the guy power the machine with Zekrom THE pokemon that is full of electricity.

How has he heard that if he has a TIME machine and not a SPACE macine.

He could just have used Celebi, Dialga or Palkia.
