While Gold, in absolute denial of the presence of local law enforcement, is being grilled by Brandon, I just claim an unoccupied hill.
And yes Gold, Police DO exist in RPGS. Town Guards are generally local law enforcement, AKA Police, and even then, what you're saying is the equivelant of you saying there are no Hold Guards in Skyrim's holds. There are. You are wrong. DEAL WITH IT.
