Exploring the lighthouse
Sarah and Aster made it to the top of the lighthouse and stood on a small balcony overlooking the sea. Despite the sun, there was a chilly breeze up here. Sarah looked out across the ocean, she thought she could see some kind of island out there on the horizon...
"Bulba, sauuur!" Aster cried suddenly, as he got a little too close to the edge of the balcony. The height was dizzying. He stepped back suddenly and cowered behind his trainer's legs.
"It's okay, Aster." Sarah chuckled. "Come here." She picked up the trembling Pokemon and carried him around the circular balcony to the other side.
From here she could see Celestia stretch out before her. Nearby Mt. Era towered over everything, casting most of the eastern side of Celestia into shadow. She could see the straight path of Route 1 directly north. Small dots moved about in the distance, but it was too hard to make them out from here. She wondered if they were trainers or perhaps wild Pokemon.
To the north east she saw the river winding up toward the mountain. A few houses peeked out of the dense forest. "That must be Navi Town, our first stop." Sarah explained to Aster. It's quite far, it's going to take a while to get there. Are you ready to go?"
"Bulba bulba!" Aster replied, just wanting to get back down to solid ground.
Sarah and Aster descended the light house. The flow of trainers from Professor Cedar's lab seemed to have stopped for now. She placed Aster down onto the ground. The Bulbasaur began to run in circles, joyously.
"Oh come on, it wasn't that bad!" Sarah laughed, slinging her backpack higher onto her shoulder. They began the walk towards Route 1.
"A world of dreams and adventures with Pokemon awaits!" Sarah said, quoting her favourite Pokemon scientist. "Let's go!"
Sarah left Andromeda Town and entered Route 1.
