(Can't make new hills, JA. You can move it somewhere else, but you can't introduce new hills...)
I go up the hill with a hose and fireproofed armor (before you get ideas), soak everything, use the hose to push goldwynaut off the hill, and once again receive whatever benefits I have yet to been told of yet from the highly desirable hill that is mine.
