magma booster

i know this isnt the right part of the forum but can someone tell me how to get a magma booster and dont just tell me the you have to insert leafgreen and catch a magby cos iknow that its just that ive caught like 20 magby and not one had a magma booster attached to it

I caught 4 magby, 2 of them had 1 each xD

Its like, a 5% chance to get one I believe. Best bet is to use a pokemon in front with that ability that makes wild pokemon hold rare items more often or something, and teach it thief, or switch to a pokemon that knows thief.

whats the ability to make them hold rare items?
