I doubt you'll get an offer. Rayquaza is easy to get. Mewtwo is a bit harder to get and is stronger when used right. Lugia is an Event Pokemon, and a nigh-unbeatable one at that.

na for now i hardly have anything im collectin all the legendaries and i have 2 rayquazas and im trading one i have alout of rare pokemon also

The clone thing relies on how well you know your own router/connection... I've cloned every legendary in diamond aside from Heatran... since I have yet to catch him... and it still takes me a few tries...
