When you change your name can you put stuff that you can't on your registration...

For example I wanted..Comedy Is Fun!

But i couldn't put the "!" in there so can i if I request a name change? like LSUKid changed to Falcan but with ~?

im not sure, personely, if I change my name, then I would not put them in, as its a bit confusing, and im gonna change it soon! hopefully

You can request a name-change by sending an e-mail to Ryan (PokemonElite2000).

That's not what he asked. He was asking if he got a name change, could he put explanation mars, question mark (i.e ? !)

uh, if i understood correctly, you want to change your name to "Comedy is fun!". Well, that's obviously possible if the name hasn't been taken yet. Just E-mail Ryan like Volcan said

He didn't ask that . . .

You can get the trailing ! if you want, you have an example of ~Falcon~ in front of you, so why ask?
If you were just making sure, whether ~ is like ! and not allowed, then, I checked it myself, it is also like ! and not allowed without a request to change.
