There are a couple clans that last. Look at clans like Icicle Clan, Star Force Draco Clan, and especially the Elite Bandits. They've all been around for a long time. So why not make one? They would die out? I don't see that happening for a while.

You haven't considered the amounts of spam that are in those threads, if any more comes in them, they could be close down :|

Exactly. Personally, I think the majority of the clan threads have nothing but spam in them.
