Manaphy most definitely legendary. It's an exception to the rule, that doesn't mean it's not one.

Rotom isn't a legendary.

I don't see what use this guide is without locations or anything like that.

It's just as much a legendary as anything else up there (except Rotom). :/

You can breed Rotom, therefore Manaphy, being the only legendary which is breedable compatibility, makes Rotom a non-legendary, but a one off pokemon, such as Sudowoodo in Emerald.

Manaphy IS a legendary but Rotom isnt. Cause u can breed manaphy to have Phione but u cant have another manaphy. And rotom u can breed him to have more rotom.

sorry to interrupt(sry bad spelling) but how do you get the mystic gift? well, to be specific the membership card. I've herd that you might have to trade on wifi.. If that is so does any one wanna trade? on wifi? i just need your name and code. thnks!
