No, most UU/BL teams consist of one non-Uber legend. [Which means no Darkrai, Palkia, etc..]

And yes, you may use him instead.

Edit: I'll battle you first since Dark_Azelf isn't responding. So I'll add in your FC now. My FC is on top of my siggy.

Good Game dude, since alot of your pokemon were borderline i dont think that was really fair.
