Need help catching Uxie!
I've defeated the Elite Four and gone back to Lake Verity. I spoke to the Professor and then I flew to Lake Acuity to have an attempt at catching the Legendary Pokeon Uxie. However, no matter what ball i throw at it, I can't catch it. Please help me!!

Uxie is actually pretty easy to catch, just lower it's health down into the red and put it to sleep or paralize it, then just stall with poke balls and throw a timer ball. That's what I did. :\

Re: Need help catching Uxie!
It's in a cave. Use a Dusk Ball.
This advice also works for Azelf, Heatran, Regigigas, Rotom, Cresselia, and Mesprit (the last two if you play at night).

Re: Need help catching Uxie!
My advice (and what I did) is find a Pokemon the same level or little higher with good Special Defense, and pound away until it's in the red. Then, throw a bunch of Dusk Balls (and Ultra Balls if you run out) for a good while. If you have still not caught it, chuck some Timer Balls. I caught it on my first one.

whittle hp down, then put it to sleep, use dusk balls, if for some strange reason they dont work for 30 turns use timer balls, you'll get it eventually.

Re: Need help catching Uxie!
1st try use a timer ball. If the ball pops open, start throwing dusk balls. If that doesn't work, Use a masterball. But I wouldn't use the master. Save it for Cresseria.

Re: Need help catching Uxie!
First a Quick ball,Then 2-3 Duskballs,Whittle it's health to Red,Then use Ultraballs 5-6,
Then use Timerballs[Which works better if more time is spent in the battle].

Re: Need help catching Uxie!
1st turn lower it's hp with a strong attack
2nd turn use false swipe if u got
3rd turn timer ball
if that doesn't work just throw dusk balls like crazy the reason i said timer is because after the 3rd turn the catch rate drop so you use it on your third turn

Re: Need help catching Uxie!
My advice would be to throw a quick ball first at it the first turn if it fails to catch repeat again for two times if that doesn't work then chip at it's health until red(dark) then sleep it and start throwing Dusk Balls/Timer Balls like crazy. I caught mine the first time with a Quick Ball/

Re: Need help catching Uxie!
all this advice is good but if youre not sure about i could give you a master ball
in my opinion lower and freeze
catch it at night so a dusk ball has even batter cath rates!
