It's kind of obvious why using an AR is hacking, and if you do not know why, I suggest you look it up on Google.

And like I said, a Darkrai caught on New Moon Island is semi-legit. It is only half-way legit because the Member's Pass was obtained via hacking, but if it was caught legitimately, then I guess it is worth something.

told them it wasnt legit at that time i didnt have a AR, so i didnt hack it.

If someone hacked the item into their game and mystery gifted it to you, it wouldnt really be hacked because you didnt hack the item and the game dosent know the item is hacked. and if you caught it legitly its totaly legit. except for the fact that legit nON-JAPANESE DARKRAIs SHOULD EXSIST( i accidently hit caps lock)

Actually, it would be exactly the same coding-wise whether you a) hacked the item yourself, b) got the hacked item through mystery gift, or c) got the item from the event through mystery gift.


Even Nintendo wouldn't be able to tell the difference IF THERE WAS A DARKRAI EVENT HERE THAT USES THAT. However, all D/P events up until now have been wonder card events, so I would wager that Nintendo may /never/ release the Member's Pass.
