I am a pretty good breeder in IV and EV. so, give me a challenge to do. please don't ask for Ubers or legendaries. Phione is ok because I can do that.I've got like 2 of every pokemon or there final evolutions. and i have 3 dittos. so i can do most challenges. I'll PM you when I have it ready. Please tell me the following in your reply:
Species, Nickname (if you want it), IVs you want and where, EVs you want and where, LV you want it at, any other info that might help(gender, moveset, nature, perfered ability......etc.)

Ok, um, do we get the pokes you make. Anyways cna I have a 31 iv sp attack and speed jolteon, that is ev trained and has the move baton pass. Can its ev spread be 252 speed/ 252 sp.atk/ 4 hp please?

sounds a lot like my jolteon but not 31's 30 speed 28 sp atk....how bout a modest porygon z 252 spa 252 speed 31 ivs in sp atk with move set nasty plot tri attack dark pulse and hidden power fighting..and the ability adaptability
