Weakest among Ash's Bird Pokemon?

for you who is the weakest among ash's bird Pokemon?
is it:

Pdgeotto / Pidgeot

Noctowl

Tailow / Swellow

Starly / Staravia

for me its Ash's Noctowl the weakest... i didnt see it special in power and strenght , unless it being shiny pokemon... strongest is Swellow.. Pidgeotto is just not cared about by poke writers and staravia w will see improvements in the coming episodes...

Pidgeotto. It was the fiercest and most aggressive of them all in terms of personality and battling. Swellow takes second for second-most screentime in battling, whereas Noctowl takes third for also being very powerful in very rare moments.

That leaves Staravia. Not a very convincing Pokemon until it's a Staraptor.

Lol, I actually forgot he even HAD a Noctowl. And I don't remember It doing anything special beside's being Ash's first shiny Pokémon, so I'd probably pick him(?).

noctowl was the weakest, but i had respect for it. remember when it battled steelix??? it was good. and its shiny too !!!

Staraptor will be win, unless Ash uses it in one battle and then just gives it away.

I disagree with your first paragraph, but agree with the second. Reason: Electric resistance. Unless you tell me that all of Ash's other bird Pokemon can also resist electricity like it did in Ash's double Gym battle in Mossdeep (Thunder Armor). Remember when it was a Taillow? In that Pokeringer competition, it actually resisted a Volbeat's Thunder direct hit at it. (Doesn't matter which Pokemon used Thunder...) It also showed its resistance when Ash battled and caught it. A normal-flying Pokemon resisting Thunder cannot be Ash's weakest bird Pokemon unless you can prove all his other flying types he ever had could also resist electricity. And he won't give away his current bird Pokemon, which is the bird he's battled with a lot. Whether it evolves into Staraptor or not is still not decided yet, I think.

Well, either Noctowl, or Staravia. The only reason Staravia is strong at all is because it now knows BRAVE BIRD. Which is uber strong in the Anime. Otherwise, it has fainted a lot. Unlike Turtwig. Turtwig can take a few hits. (Remember Ash vs. Roark? Turtwig survived multiple Attacks, but finally fainted after a while. Then Pikachu came and won, and took the glory. (Like always. ))

I call for Staravia. Second weakest is Noctowl. Staravia hasn't fully evolved yet, and Noctowl's shiny, which is stronger in Generation II games. (Funny, when I first watched the series, I never noticed it's shiny and only when I rewatched than I realised it...) It was also shown in Generation III in the anime that Winona's shiny Swellow was stronger than normal ones. This shows the epicness of shiny Pokemon compared to the Normal Ones. If I'm not wrong, Pokemon in their 3rd out of 3rd evolution form from base form are weaker than ones in their 2nd out of 2nd evolution form from base form, which are weaker than ones in their 3rd out of 3rd evolution form from base form, and that you can change everything to baby and have it still hold true. (But I could be wrong...) And because of this I would have believed that the Pidgeot is the strongest, followed by the Swellow... if not for the latter's remarkably high resistance to electricity. It's *ohmage. Then again, I haven't seen all of Pidgeot's special abilities (if any - hey, it got released the episode it evolved, how would I know?!), so I can't tell. I think Swellow's stronger than Noctowl though due to its ohmageness, since both are 2 out of 2 in terms of evolution form. But I've seen Noctowl, and other than the fact that it's shiny, there's hardly anything else, and Ash used it more for searching for stuff like his Pikachu when it got stolen and for bursting Team Rocket's balloon than for battling. And the well-learned ones out of us know that Ash regularly battled with his Swellow. See, a difference. (However, when Pidgeot battled you saw its bigger movepool and it had better attacks than Noctowl, even while it was a Pidgeotto...) Therefore, Pidgeot and Swellow are stronger than Noctowl, and like I said, Pidgeot and Swellow take the top 2, then it's Noctowl, then Staravia, which if evolving will be in the top 3.

I think that Staravia, and Noctowl are the weakest pokemon. But Staravia, still has poenital when he evolves to Staraptor, leaving noctowl the weakest.

Staravia sucks ash. Pidgeotto was awsome. Noctowl was intresting, but not perticuralt the best.
