The Simply Stiktastic Tourney Sign Ups{EVERYONE CONFIRM I HAVE YOUR CORRECT TEAM}
The Simply Stiktastic Tourney Approved by Legendary Arcanine Co-hosted by CloudofNines and kingrptr101 Rules 1. Each person must have a minimum of one Pokemon from the Overused(OU), Borderline(BL) and Underused(UU) tiers and you must have AIM.

2. When each person signs up, he/she must "register" Pokemon from each tier. Example: Trainer 1 OU: Gengar, Alakazam, Tyranitar, Weavile BL: Houndoom, Charizard, Exeggutor UU: Fearow, Vespiquen You can register no more than 4 Pokemon but no less than 1. That means that in my example, in the BL tier, Trainer 1 can add one more Pokemon in the BL tier if he/she wants to or has another BL Pokemon and up to two more in the UU tier. 3. Before each battle, the ref will roll one random Pokemon that you "registered" from each tier which you will use during your battle. The ref will roll for the mons in the chat and both battlers will know which mons their opponent will be using. Example: Trainer 1 OU: OnlineHost (2:24:59 PM): kingrapter101 rolled 1 4-sided die: 4 BL: OnlineHost (2:25:42 PM): kingrapter101 rolled 1 3-sided die: 2 UU: OnlineHost (2:26:01 PM): kingrapter101 rolled 1 2-sided die: 2 Trainer 1 will be forced to use Weavile, Charizard and Vespiquen in his battle. Trainer 1 can send these three Pokemon in anyway he/she wishes. 4. Prizes: 1st Place: Any Demanding ranked Story Pokemon, 2 TMs and a super special awesome mega chocolaty fudge coated ultra stik. 2nd Place: Any Complex ranked Story Pokemon and 1 TM. 3rd Place: 1 TM. Everyone has one week to sign up. Sign Ups end exactly on week from the date of this post. That means you have one week to get some UU mons and TM them. Good luck!

Tier lists are supposed to be determined by power not usage. :x Imo those tiers are really messed up.

Borderline: Clefable, Poliwrath, Electrode, and Lucario Underused: Hitmonlee, Qwilfish, ???, and ??? I'd tell you not to add me as I'll probably be editing this, a lot. But you can add me if you don't mind editing at my command.  @Leman: That's how we did do it. :x

Borderline: Empoleon, Charizard, Scizor, Espeon Underused: Glaceon, Leafeon, Aggron, Meganium Not too bad of a list  .EDIT: Had to edit list, cause evil people put Lucario in the OU list >.>
