It depends entirely on how you'll use it. Charizard likes to be fasr, so jolly is best for physical sweepers, timid for special sweepers and hasty/naíve for mixed sets.

For in-game purposes, any nature will really do, because you aren't giving Charizard any sort of specific EV's, therefore a Jolly, or Modest nature would have little to no effect. In-game is pretty easy anyway. If you want any specific nature, try getting one that boosts its special attack, since that's what you'll use the majority of the time. (Ember, Flamethrower, etc.)

That's pretty much it. I'd just wait to get one of them and let that choose what variant you'll use (although, most physical sets need breeding moves, so Timid might be the best that you can get for an ingame moveset).

A nature doesn't exist better than another in absolute, it depends on the moveset of the Pokémon.

But with a Charizard you can get a fairly decent list of the best one's.

Also, Neutral natures as well as Lax and Gentle are pretty pointless.

It also depends from that moveset you would like to give to Charizard.

And Gofre already said that and then gave natures for each variant of Charizard. :x
